How do I download the video I created?

After you play your animation you should see a Download button at the top, click on it and follow the steps to request your Download. The video will be in MP4 file format.

The website is not working as expected. My animation is not playing. What should I do?

Please try to access our website using a different browser or in a different device.

If the website still does not work, please contact us via email: support@kassellabs.io and let us know which device and browser you are using.

After the payment how long will it take for me to receive the video?

When you pay the minimum amount to receive your video earlier, you should receive it in a few hours, usually less than two hours. You will receive a confirmation email with your estimated time to receive.

How can I pay?

We accept payments via the websites, the options are credit cards, some debit cards too, and PayPal. The payment form is available at the download page after you play your creation. If the payment doesn't work for you, you can also try to make a transference direct to our PayPal account via payments@kassellabs.io. If you make it and don't receive a confirmation mail, please check if the payment went successfully or contact us.

I paid but didn't receive the video, what should I do?

Check if your payment was successfully made and you receive our confirmation email.

Check on the download link available at our confirmation email and your payment receipt, if your video is ready for download.

Check in your email spam box if you did not receive it.

Remember that only payments made via the website are processed automatically and you should receive a confirmation email from us. If did not receive it, follow the steps below.

If you paid via PayPal:

Check in your account if your payment went successfully. You can try to pay again if it was not made.

Check if the email you are expecting is the same as your PayPal email.

Check if your payment was processed on time. Only payments made via Credit Card or PayPal funds are completed on time. If you use another payment method, please check if it still pending.

If you paid via Credit Card:

Check with your credit card issuer if the payment was made successfully.

Check if you have received an receipt via email.

How can I receive the video in another email?

Follow the steps to Download again and type another email in the email box. You can add more emails if you want, the video will be sent to all of them. You do not need to pay again.

I am having issues to pay via credit card, is there another method?

You can also pay via PayPal.

You can also try to make a transference direct to our PayPal account via payments@kassellabs.io. If you make it and don't receive a confirmation mail, please check if the payment went successfully or contact us.

If you still have trouble to pay, please contact us via email: support@kassellabs.io. Do not forget to include details about the problem you are having.

I want to pay in another currency, how much it is?

It will be of the same value. Use the market conversion to send the respective amount into US Dollar. On PayPal, you can convert the payment value to US Dollar too. If you pay via credit card which is not in USD currency, the amount will be converted.

How do I download on my iPhone/iPad?

Downloading files on the iOS devices might not be so easy. When you open the link on Safari it will just play your video and does not allow to save as MP4 file.

Another alternative is to use another device. You should have no problem with a desktop.

Can I post my intro in a social media?

We recommend to share the link to your intro. Posting the video may subject to copyright and might be muted or blocked by the platform. We are not responsible for the reproduction of videos on third-party services. We can change the music of your video if you want to prevent copyright problems, please contact us via email for details if you are interested.

I'm concerned about copyright, can I use my video for commercial purpose?

For copyright issues, this also depends on your usage, the content and where the video will be published.

We advise caution on such purpose.

The video produced may have copyrighted contents, such as music and background video.

I made a typo or I want to make a change in the text of my rendered video. Can I?

As is stated in our Terms of Service below: We are not responsible for any errors (typos, misspellings) made when creating your content, the rendered video content is reproduced exactly how it was received.

We recommend you to edit your intro and request to download again to fix it. Any fixes requested to us will be subjected to our current availability and may have extra costs.

My download is not working as expected, what can I do?

Please try to open it in another video player or in another device.

If the video still does not work, please contact us informing which device and video player you are using.

I can't download my video, my link is not working, what can I do?

If you're having trouble to download it, please make sure you are not using a VPN or proxy that may block some websites. Try to open it in another browser or another device.

If the problem still persists, please try again later or contact us via email.

Can I use it with a PowerPoint presentation?

Yes! When you download the video it will be an MP4 file and you can import it in your presentation.

Do you store my Credit Card details? What data is collected?

No! We do not store your credit card data. The details of your credit card are only exchanged with the payment gateways like PayPal and Stripe.

We only store the data of your animation created and your email when you request to download.

Can I use a different image in the video?

Yes, we also work with advanced customizations. We can include a new image, or replace an image in the video. Please contact us via email to request more details about it.

My video file it's not playing, is it corrupted?

Please download the file again and try with different devices and video players. We recommend VLC Video Player.

Try also other video files in .mp4 format to make sure if it's not missing codecs on your device and the problem is not with the file you received.

I'm seeing a glitch/bug on my creation, will that be in my video too?

No, the rendered video will be perfect. If not, we will make our best to make it sure. We have known glitches that happen in different browsers. Each browser may have some particularities so it's hard to make the animation look the same in all of them.

I want to delete my content from your database, how do I proceed?

If the content is not in accordance with our terms of service, it can be deleted. Just report it to us. If you want to delete the content you created we may request additional information to prove that you are the author. Please send us an email sharing the link to the content you want to delete and the date and time you created it, including your timezone. You can check that information on your browser history. I paid for a video and I want to cancel it, is it possible?

If the order was processed according to our terms of service and started to render, or it's already sent to your email, it's not possible to cancel it. As the video was already processed and sent we can not refund the payment. We only can make refunds if we don't sent the video in accordance to our terms. If you ask for a refund before the video started to be rendered, it may depend on our availability to check your email with enough time to cancel your video.

My intro is too fast, is there a way to slow down?

The text speed is adjusted to the text length to fit with the music and animation duration.

So less text makes it slower and more text will make it faster.

If the text speed is changed the music will not fit well.

Please try to remove some text to make it slower. You can reduce line breaks, for instance, they take more space and makes the text goes faster.

How the rendered video will look like?

The videos are rendered on a 1280 x 720 resolution for default, but you can pay for Full HD quality (1920 x 1080). The video file is in MP4 format and you should have a video player and a device that is capable to reproduce this media format.

We do not guarantee that the rendered videos are identical to the creations in this service. The quality may differ depending on the device on which the content is displayed.

How can I change the Death Star image?

You can request to change the Death Star image for your custom video. In the download page, you can pay for the Death Star customization and you will receive an email to reply with your the image you want. It will take more time to change the image but you will receive two videos, one with the Death Star and another one with your image customized.

How long takes to customize Death Star image in my video?

After your payment, you should receive an email with instructions to send your customized image. It will take more hours for us to adjust the image to your video. It should be ready in less than one business day.

My video will have the Watermark as in the preview?

No, the watermark is not present in rendered videos on Star Wars Intro Creator.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) refers to the Star Wars Intro Creator website (the “Service”) operated by Kassel Labs (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.

1. Content

1.1. This service should not be used to publish content to suggest violence, discrimination, illegal acts, transgression and hatred.

1.2. You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities via this Service.

1.3. We are not responsible for the content published through our service.

1.4. The contents inserted in our service (text, images, audio and others) by users is used to generate a themed animation.

1.5. Adaptations may happen depending on the display resolution and size of the inserted contents.

1.6. About content removal: We don't register your login when you create the content, so if you want to request a content removal we may request additional information to prove that you are the author of the content. The information we need is the date and time (including timezone) you created the content.

2. Third-parties

2.1. The content published by users in our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or operated by us.

2.2. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services associated with the content published by users in our service.

2.3. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

3. Video download

3.1. Our service can render your creation to a video customized with your content. The video file is in MP4 format and you should have a video player and a device that is compatible to reproduce this media format.

3.2. We do not guarantee that the rendered videos are identical to the creations in this service. The quality may differ depending on the device on which the content is displayed. If there is a big discrepancy between the video and the website, please contact us.

3.3. Each video is rendered in our servers and may take one hour to be rendered. To deliver this feature to everyone we have a queue of videos to be rendered. We may accept payments to have the video rendered earlier than the queue time and with more customizations.

3.4. We are not responsible for any errors (typos, misspellings) made when creating your content, the rendered video content is reproduced exactly how it was received. Any fixes requested in a rendered text will be subject to our current availability and may have extra costs.

4. Payments

4.1. We accept payments to maintain our rendering servers and to provide more creative services for our users.

4.2. If the value of your payment reaches the requirements you will be rewarded. As a reward, your video will be rendered before the queue and you will receive it shortly.

4.3. If you use PayPal, we strongly recommend you to use the same email you have used in your PayPal account used to pay to ask for the video rendering.

4.4. Multiple payments that add up to the minimum value will not be accepted to get the video earlier, due to taxes and the payments being processed independently.

4.5. Only payments made via Credit Card or PayPal funds are processed on time, other payments methods via PayPal, like eCheck and Debit, may take some days to be completed, please check on your account. To get your video on time, prefer the credit card payment.

4.6. When confirmed, you should receive a confirmation email about your payment and your video being processed in the email address informed, if not, please check all the requirements and contact us if needed.

4.7. By paying via PayPal, you have the option to support our service with a recurring monthly payment. This is optional and the payments are non-refundable.

4.8. If you want to pay a greater value to get more videos you can contact us for further details.

4.9. We also use Stripe as payment gateway to process payments via credit card.

4.10. We don't store credit card details and we don't charge without the user action and permission.

4.11. We don't refund orders by any mistake caused by the user who paid for it, like typing errors.

4.12. We don't refund orders that already have been sent if they are in accordance with these terms.

4.13. Duplicate payments for the same video may be refunded but applied taxes are non-refundable.

5. Video Download Delivery

5.1. We cannot ensure the video will be properly delivered when it was caused by any issues that are beyond the domains of our service like: misspelled email, user inbox is full, inactive user account, the email service sent the video notification email to spam).

5.2. Please, check if your account is able to receive our email and if you type your email correctly.

5.3. If you paid, pay attention to the estimated time to receive it informed in the confirmation email. You should get your video within 2~4 hours, but the time may vary on how many video requests were made recently.

5.4. Your rendered video will be available at the same link of your creation at the Download page.

5.5. We sent the link to download your video via email, and the video file is available for one month after it is sent. After this period it will be erased from our servers.

5.6. No corrections, changes or refunds will be made to the video after the period of one month after delivery.

6. Content Reproduction

6.1. We are not responsible for the reproduction of videos on third-party services. The videos may have copyrighted content like images and music, and its reproduction may depend on the terms of service of third-party applications. The reproduction of the videos for commercial use is subject to these copyrights.

6.2. We don't own any of these copyrights and we are not related to their respective owners. The service is developed and maintained by fans.

6.3. Sharing the rendered video on services like Facebook and YouTube may violate copyright, which is not allowed by such services. In those cases, it may be better to use the shareable link to your creation with the service.

7. Star Wars Intro Creator

7.1. This website is not related or to Lucasfilm Ltd., Walt Disney, or Twentieth Century Fox.

7.2. The music and the Star Wars logo are copyrights of Lucasfilm Ltd.

7.3. Rendered videos on Star Wars Intro Creator will not have the watermark.

8. Video customizations

8.1. By default, videos are delivered in HD quality (resolution 1280x720)

8.2. To receive the video earlier the payment must be in the exact value or greater than 10 US Dollars.

8.3. For 15 US Dollars or more the video will be rendered in Full HD resolution (1920x1080).

8.4. For 40 US Dollars you can customize the Death Star image and the video will be in Full HD quality. Contact us after your payment to send your image to be used on the video.

We may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
